Shipping Policy

Here is how Cozuri ships orders, how long it takes, and how you can track your package.

Timing

• Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment.
• Transit time: 10–20 business days to Canada and the United States for most items.
• Countries we ship to: Canada and the United States.

Some larger or international items may take longer. You will see a precise estimate on each product page before ordering.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on all orders over CAD $50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track any order from the "My orders" page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment.

Customs and import duties

For shipments outside Canada, the recipient may need to pay customs duties or local taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price. Please check your country's customs rules.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within one hour of placing the order at [email protected] and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for the steps to follow.
